Anyone else seeing a big lag when you plow or harvest on others farms?

    This has been happening to me for the last week usually when I have someone harvesting and plowing for me.My workers will tell me that they are finished when I see crops still there or unplowed land, even after refreshing. Also I noticed when working for others I stop making coins or experience points. When it happens when I work for others I ask to be rehired or if they have hired several people I thank them and leave.
